The Role :
As part of the Business development, responsible for winning mandates and maintaining client relationships, identifying new leads and converting them. The focus is on sales and building relationships across the industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquisition and Portfolio Management with major emphasis on growth and revenue generation.
- 8-10 yrs of selling experience towards Banking sector.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Selling exposure towards FMCG, Auto, Oil & Gas, Power, Infra and others industry.
The Candidate :
- Degree in Engineering/Science/Commerce/Management with post graduate qualification in Management from Tier 2 Premier institute
- Work experience of at least 8-10 years
- Excellent contacts and relationship with Banks
- Good understanding of selling the software/solutions
- Understandings about Gradings
- Strong propensity for sales and relationship management
- Should have the ability to generate business and meeting target of 1.5 to 2 crores.
- Understanding of Quality Processes like ISO, CMM, etc.
- Information Security Responsibility - Maintain Confidentiality and Integrity of organization information. Report Security Breaches immediately to CISO
