Deputy Manager/Manager - Sales & Marketing (3-13 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To Develop business in the specified region for focused segments
- To Generate Business potential with high conversion rate
- Must demonstrate competence in management, networking, target marketing to specific prospects, and have advanced selling skills/negotiation skills, along with the ability to mentor a team to those same disciplines.
- Take a lead role in identifying and evaluating opportunities for partnering with companies/consultants and research groups.
- Hands on person who has the ability to develop progressive marketing strategies with ambition to take the business to the next level.
- Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the organization. Support and facilitate development and implementation of business/marketing plans.
- Generate enquires prioritizing them to ensure optimum use of available resources and to achieve best focus on prospects.
- To follow up for order booking, Payment and will be coordinating with clients & HO for good customer relation.
- Exceptional communication together with maturity and gravitas needed to persuade and influence at management level
- Developing personal network within and outside the group companies through meetings with customers & consultants in various forums & conferences.
- Work in close cooperation with all key functions and help to maximize the capabilities of the business.
