Min. experience : Experience with 2-6 years into BFSI, Direct marketing

Compensation :
CRM : 3 LPA
DCRM : 2.5 LPA
Desired Candidate :
- Must be Graduate
- Age Bracket 23 to 27 Years(max 30yrs)
- Son of State : Minimum 5 Years in the city (at-least 2 years)
- Preferably should have 2 wheeler

Job Description :
- Building excellent relationship with mapped Bank Resource
- Operating out of Bank Office & Corporates Clients of the bank
- Visiting corporate sites and pitching Insurance products along with Salary Accounts
- Identifying and evaluating possible clients during corporate site visits
- Conducting need based analysis of prospective clients and generating potential lead
- Visit minimum 2 corporates in a day
- Conduct the Joint Inductions with the bank Key Account Managers
