Job Position- Deputy Manager- Business Development
Job location- Thane
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify opportunities for Real estate development through Strategic alliance, acquisition or other market opportunities in Mumbai Metropolitan Region and review the opportunity in accordance with the company's overall business strategy.
- Develop network/ relationship with IPCs, key brokerage firms, land matter related authorities for lead generation.
- Relevant sector experience - Residential/Commercial property, Mumbai Metropolitan Region
- In depth knowledge of financial analysis and project financial modelling
- Knowledge(preferable) of the land laws and development regulations for BMC, TMC, NMMC, PMC & MHADA
