Since 2007 their platform has been used across thousands of M&A, IPO, Asset Sales, and Fundraising Deals by more than 100,000 users in financial organisations, law firms and advisory groups.


Looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Position based in Mumbai & Delhi

- Its a work from home position

- Will be continuously developing clients in Mumbai to sell the DataRoom Services to the existing clients and also developing new clients.

- BE or MBA with Minimum 1 to 4 Years of post-qualification relevant experience

- Candidates from IT or Financial Sector are preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Acquire new business by identifying potential customers via cold calls, e-mail and meetings.

- Deliver effective and persuasive presentations based on the client's reasons.

- Cultivates relationship with existing customer to ensure retention as well as explore possibility of additional business.

- BDM is responsible for maintaining information on existing and prospective accounts, intelligence on competitor activity thus achieve market share.

- Develop effective and productive relationship with Financial Institutions, Banks, Venture Capitalist and CA.

- The role will require you to build strong working relationships with investment bankers, lawyers, venture capitalists and corporate executives by calling and visiting them on a day-to-day basis. You will work closely with the Director of the company to execute strategies that will increase the company's presence in the Indian market.

- You must enjoy the sales process, be open to learning and focused on a career that is long term and entrepreneurial.

- The learning curve initially will be steep. If you are new to the business then we will train you. If you already come with experience then we will nurture your innate abilities to adapt to your new working environment
