Deputy General Manager - Sales - FMCG (12-18 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for the complete sales & distribution business.
- Develop the secondary sales & distribution channel and meet the sales targets.
- Will be responsible to drive the top line & bottom line revenue.
- Regular engagement with the principal organization and draw the joint business plan(JBP) to expand the business within the region.
- Would be expected to visit the market regularly along with the Sales Manager and Business Managers and be aware of the market dynamics.
Desired Profile :
- Should have bear minimum 12 - 16 yrs of experience primarily in the FMCG industry.
- Candidates from FMCG industry i.e. Personal Care, Home Care, Chocolate, Confectionery, Processed Food, industries would be preferred.
- Candidates from large & established FMCG distribution companies will be ideal fit.
- Should have hands on experience in driving and managing secondary sales & distribution channel.
- Candidates should have proven experience working in Karnataka.
- Candidate has to be Post Graduate/ MBA qualified (mandatory).
- Age Criteria : 38 - 42 years(max)
