Deputy Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Task Requirements:
- Lead a group of 10- 12 front-line staff members and assist them in accomplishing their monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Align team members with the company's business and people goals.
- Participate in group fieldwork to assist the designated team and advisers.
- Support a group of advisors and front-line managers for a long and prosperous career
- Build a group of unit, development, and agency managers (Front line employees)
- Have regular meetings for the team's learning and development.
- Launch lead generation campaigns in order to assist the designated team in achieving quality and profitable growth by engaging in need-based selling.
- Find new options for generating money and increase market share.

Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation - In any Stream
- Age - 21 to 45 years
