WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Own and manage a team of Highly Motivated Financial Advisors
- Develop and execute plans to drive deep engagement, especially with key strategic relationships.
- Proactively determine customer meeting opportunities to ensure strategic alignment
- Achieve revenue growth, including conducting recurring meetings via phone and in-person, and preparing/delivering quarterly business reviews.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of Life Insurance Products
- Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of products of Life insurance Policy
WHAT WE- RE LOOKING FOR :
- Strong bent towards direct sales & marketing,
- Should possess good communication & presentation skills,
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Background - BFSI industry is a bonus.
Required Candidate Profile :
Experience : Min 2 Years In any Sector /BFSI Sector.
Age: Below 38 Years
Graduation : Any Graduate Or Any Post Graduation
Should have experience in Local market and can speak Local language.
Should be flexible to work on Field Sales.
