Deputy Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFS (2-6 yrs)
Obligations and Responsibility :
- To identify and prepare personal financial advisors who will draw in new clients and keep the ones they already have to ensure agent licensing, build one's own team, and increase the productivity of both new and seasoned agents.
- To boost performance by promoting sales for the PFA.
- To advise and direct PFAs in providing customers with solutions depending on their needs.
- Deliver new business and renewal business using both inexperienced and seasoned agents.
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
