- We are hiring for Sales profile from Pharma, FMCG, NBFC, insurance, Banking, Telecom sector
CTC : up to 4 LPA +other benefits
Location : Udaipur
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing a team of advisors and business partners to achieve sales targets
- Generating leads from the open market to expand the customer base
- Recruiting potential financial advisors and leaders to increase the sales force
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Supporting customers to achieve their financial goals through proper guidance and advice
- Innovating new ideas and strategies to ensure consistent business flow
Key Requirements :
- Minimum graduation degree is mandatory for this role
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in any Sales and Marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a team and motivate them to achieve sales targets
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
