Deputy Agency Development Manager - Marketing - BFS (2-6 yrs)
We are looking for Agency development managers who are in charge of creating and carrying out marketing plans for their company.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assessing the effectiveness of current organizations and creating improvement strategies for performance
- Review of market research data to spot chances for new business growth or strengthening of current business partnerships
- Developing hiring, training, and management plans for a team of advertising experts in collaboration with management
- Creating a strategic strategy for the agency's expansion using knowledge gathered via analysis of market trends and competition
- Making presentations and proposals for potential clients to find new business prospects
- Monitoring client satisfaction through routine client meetings to talk about ongoing projects and ideas for future projects
- Directed the creation of advertisements, brochures, direct mail pieces, and other marketing materials.
Required Skills :
- A business, marketing, or similar industry bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in a comparable field, such as sales or agency development
- A track record of success in meeting quotas and objectives
- Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
- Strong aptitude for planning and time management
