Department Manager - Retail (3-5 yrs)
Job Description:
- Responsible for management of departments exceeding current business in annual retail sales.
- Motivates associates to consistently deliver effective selling behaviors through coaching and recognition.
- Coordinate with Buying and Visual Merchandising team to plan and execute floor moves, merchandise placement, and overall sales set-up
- Manage and lead a team of sales associates/Officers and conduct training of new and current associates/ Officer.
- Delegates various tasks, monitor operations and outcomes to successfully meet established measures.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of associates.

- Good English Communication skills
- Should have handled Apparel Section.
- Presentable
- Should be resident of Kolkata.
