Deneb & Pollux - Telecalling/Telesales Role (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Place phone calls to potential clients from our data.
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
- Answer potential clients questions about our dairy related products.
- Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day.
- Set Farm visit appointments with prospective customers and coordinate with other teams for smooth visits.
- Maintain data, telephone calls and other data confidentially.
- Train other telemarketers when required
- Proactively work on the customer complaints.
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.
