Purpose of this role: We are looking for a candidate to join our team responsible for driving corporate tie-ups and new leads for our restaurant and cafe. In this role, you will focus on utilizing social media and promotional activities to expand our corporate partnerships and enhance customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Corporate Client Acquisition:

- Welcome each customer who visits the restaurant.

- Identify and target potential corporate clients, organizations, and institutions for partnership opportunities.

- Develop a strategic plan to approach and engage with corporate decision-makers, showcasing the benefits of partnering with our restaurant.

- Follow up with the corporate visitor database on a regular basis to get additional table reservations.

- Approach the medium and large corporates in Gurgaon for tie-ups.

Marketing and Brand Promotion:

- Encourage every customer to provide feedback and share their dining experience on all the popular social media platforms.

- Capture the experiences, customer feedbacks digitally and work closely with creative team to create reels for social media promotions.

- Handle all the digital promotions of the 21 Gun Salute Restaurant and Pehle Chai cafe.

- Collaborate on the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support corporate client acquisition and retention efforts.

- Leverage various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and corporate events, to raise awareness and drive engagement with potential corporate clients.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in corporate tie-ups, business development, or related roles, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of successfully acquiring and managing corporate clients.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholder

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

- Strong Customer centric mind-set.

- Candidates should be from Aviation, Hospitality, Restaurant and Hotels background.
