About the role

As a Demand Generation Specialist for Google Cloud, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing campaigns to create demand for Google Cloud solutions and services. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and ultimately contribute to the growth of Econz and Google Cloud's customer base.

Key responsibilities

1. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to tailor marketing strategies effectively.

2. Campaign Development: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively target and engage various customer segments, and industries.

3. Content Development: Write your own content and also collaborate with content creators to develop compelling marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, web content, and email campaigns.

4. Lead Generation: Drive lead generation through multiple channels, including online and offline marketing activities, webinars, events, and other demand generation programs.

5. Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals, providing them with the necessary materials and insights to close deals.

6. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify and suggest areas of improvement and optimize strategies for lead generation and conversion.

7. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend data-driven improvements.

Who we are looking for :

- A thinker and a problem solver

- A self-motivated individual who has absolute focus on numbers and is hungry for growth (financially and career-wise too)

- Who has knowledge of buyer persona and can dynamically address the pitch in the language they know

- Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening) and collaboration skills.

- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, marketing, business administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in demand generation or B2B marketing, with a focus on cloud solutions preferred.

- Knowledge of the cloud computing industry and Google Cloud products is a plus.
