Demand Generation Specialist (3-5 yrs)
Our client is one of the pioneer and India's leading insurance brokers assisting with solutions to manage businesses' exposure to risk. They are looking for Demand Generation/Presales Specialist for their Mumbai Operations.
Designation: Pre-Sales Specialist
Role: Lead Generation/ Demand Generation
An ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated, curious, self-starter, able to identify and develop prospects and opportunities from multiple sources including prospect lists, individual research, and cold calling.
Work Location: Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Contacting potential clients and creating rapport through the data / by networking/ using referrals, or cold calling efforts.
- Connect with C-Level decision-makers in the organizations across key industries/functions and continually build a prospect list from warm/cold leads
- Innovate and think out of the box while communicating with the prospects to make a mark
- Work closely with the business development team to help nurture and qualify new prospects by setting up meetings or demos.
- Manage outbound mailing and emailing programs and track response rates
- Manage and maintain prospect database ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Build a deep pipeline of qualified future acquisition opportunities
- Assist in additional administrative/operational tasks as needed
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must be a graduate, Post graduation/MBA is a Plus
- 3+ years experience in cold and warm calling
- Ability to communicate, both written and orally, with a leadership approach
- Ability to work independently and in a timely manner
- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment
- Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and CRM software
- Prior experience within Health/Wealth/Investment/ Business Class Loyalty program/ high-end credit card companies is a plus
