DeltaX - Telesales Role - Walkin (0-2 yrs)
- Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email
- Market Research to develop warm leads
- Responsible for generating leads for the category/market assigned
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
- Set appointments or close deals with clients
- Identifying customer needs and communicating the client's value proposition.
- Answering customers' questions, resolving their queries, and helping provide outstanding customer service
- Maintain a pipeline of leads based on the targets assigned
- Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities
- Report weekly sales goals and objectives to regional leaders
