DeltaX - Telesales Role (2-7 yrs)

- As a tele sales representative you are expected to sell company's products or services to potential buyers, make sales calls in order to drive sales. Communicate with potential customers via phone and then closely collaborate with other internal departments to provide excellent customer service.

Your day to day responsibilities shall encompass :

- Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email

- Market Research to develop warm leads

- Responsible for generating leads for the category/market assigned

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.

- Set appointments or close deals with clients

- Setup meetings with the prospects

- Identifying customer needs and communicating the client's value proposition.

- Answering customers' questions, resolving their queries, and helping provide outstanding customer service.

- Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects

- Maintain a pipeline of leads based on the targets assigned

- Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities.

- Report weekly sales goals and objectives to regional leaders

- Good communication skills - you need to be able to have informative and engaging conversations with the customers.

- Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality

- Active listening - is crucial for great customer satisfaction rates, especially via phone.

- Time management - if you manage your time efficiently, you can build meaningful relationships with your clients and close more deals.

- Organizational skills - you juggle multiple tasks and work with many accounts on a daily basis.

- Problem-solving - you have to be adaptable to various situations.

- Conflict management - your ability to resolve any conflicts that may arise directly affects your sales opportunities.

- Collaborative skills - it's crucial that you are a team player.

- Interpersonal skills - you have to be able to provide a great sales experience throughout the whole buying journey.
