Delta Step Learning - Vice President - Direct to Consumer Sales - Education (7-12 yrs)
DeltaStep has a strong hold in the direct to business model (currently working with 500+ schools) and we are looking at building the direct to consumers model (parents). We are ideally looking for a candidate who can display entrepreneurial skills in building the direct to consumer model from scratch - sales strategy, recruitment as well as execution. You would be directly reporting to the Managing Director of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Designing sales strategy for the direct to consumer model in line with the vision of the organization
- Recruiting and building an excellent team of professionals
- Executing all plans to ensure achievement of growth plans
