Delna Foods - Sales Officer (1-3 yrs)
Required: FMCG industry
- Responsible for establishing, maintaining and expanding customer and retailer base and visual merchandising.
- Source and work customer referrals.
- Responsible for sales, market exploration and business development.
- Servicing the need of the existing customer.
- No. of productive outlets/stores per month.
- Collections from the GT stores.
- Promote specific products as directed by upper management
- Meeting with the retailers, discuss the issue regarding the products & supply.
- Maintain positive business and retailer relationships in the effort to extend retailer lifetime value.
- Direct reporting to the manager.
- Check performance, merchandising, visibility, POP, promotion plans with retailers, secondary schemes for retailers.
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
- Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback
