Senior Manager - Business Development


- Drive all expansion related activities for the Delhivery C2C Partner Program

- Identify and iterate for optimum channel and churn management

- Strong understanding of the partner, including partner economics, solution development and strategic priorities to drive new business opportunities

- Ensure flexibility and mix of the products for better risk management and consistent revenue assurance

- Responsibilities include service excellence, liaising with internal operational teams, handling systemic and structural issues, ensuring credit compliance, minimizing credit notes and zero bad debts.

- Manages the performance of partners ensuring ongoing compliance with all aspects of sales targets in each product line.

- Includes communicating and implementing new standards and performance expectations relating to training, service or procedural changes as needed

- Liaising with multiple teams, such as Finance, Customer Service & Operations for great partner experience

- Negotiates competitive rates and sales expectations with the partners. Manages their ongoing performing to ensure optimum sales numbers are consistently achieved

- Manages the budget ensuring that all costs are regularly reviewed and controlled within agreed limits.

- Provides management with accurate & timely reporting and analysis of operational performance. Participates in benchmarking or process improvement initiatives
