Key Responsibilities :

1. Set up Annual sales plan and projections in conjunction with Supply and Operations Go to Market strategy for new clusters

2. Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new clusters and products.

3. Assess costs, competition, (supply and demand) to identify selling prices, order qualifiers and winners in the market; through market research (Primary and secondary research).

4. Setting up channel for Funnel / Pipeline creation - creation and maintenance for month / quarter / yearly

5. Deliver on and Identify sales KPIs :

> Train and implement the KPIs agreed on with the team

6. Work with customers to understand their business needs / goals and requirements in detail.

7. Determine Cluster potential :

> Map the cluster demand

> Analyze regional market trends and new opportunities for growth

8. Suggest on new products and services to be launched in the region for growth and increased market share

9. Identify hiring requirements and train the new joinees on product and process

Education & Work Experience:

- B.E/ B.Tech, MBA from reputed institute would be preferred

- 5 to 6+ yrs of work experience in Sales/ BD from Start up, SME would be preferred but not mandatory.
