Delhivery is hiring for Business Development Manager - Express
Location: Mumbai
Role and Responsibilities :
1. Need to onboard New Vendors.
2. Fulfilling Supply Requirements as per the Demand.
3. Issue Resolution of Vendors
4. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of key clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
5. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner and progressive data is presented as an advantage.
6. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams at all levels.'
Requirements:
1. Understanding and past experience of the logistics industry
2. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to connect with multiple groups/people daily.
3. Understanding of the regional geographies and the seasonality trends of the region .
4. Basic MS Office Knowledge.
