Delhi Flour Mills - Area Sales Executive/Area Sales Manager (6-8 yrs)

The Area Sales Manager initially, shall be fully responsible for the planning and execution of launch of new products. Subsequently he shall be responsible for the preparation, implementation and review of the Sales and distribution plan for his designated area. The candidate should have a thorough geographical understanding and very good relationship in the trade. The Candidate ideally should be self-motivated and have the urge to establish the new product by independently setting up the distribution infrastructure for the new products and there by grow in his career along with the company

The responsibilities will include :

- Planning and Creation of the sales infrastructure for the new products in his/her designated area, which includes Market Survey/Mapping, Launch Planning, Identification and appointment of the CFA/ Super distributors /distributors, team hiring etc. Placement of the products in the planned no of outlets.

- Daily Market Visits / Retailing and there by training the team and gather Market Information.

- Sales Reporting in the required format on day to day basis.

- Good at MS Excel.

- Distributor Management - Calculating ROI /Absolute earning and engaging the stake holders to drive sales efficiency.

- Driving FF efficiency by Proper training and supervising the functioning of his team.

- Daily monitoring of secondary sales and retail productivity

- Market Development - Directly monitoring high thru put outlets and engage them through relationship programmes etc

- Ensuring proper implementation of all marketing activities - promotions, schemes, new product launches.

- Ensuring proper Depot / CFA /Super Distributor Management

- Generation of Primary sales in line with Secondary sales.

- Activities related to tertiary sales in the region.

- Handling channel sales for better after sales services.

Professional/technical qualification/skills:

The ideal candidate should have:

- Excellent geographical knowledge

- Good relationship with the relevant stake holders.

- Capability to create distributor infrastructure on his own.

- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

- Project Management skills.

- Excellent team management and people skills are essential.

Candidate Profile:

- The ideal candidate should be between 30-35 years of age

- He should preferably be an MBA with a minimum of 6-8 years- experience in Sales.

- He must be proficient in computers with good knowledge of MS Office.

- Candidates working as Area Sales Managers/ASE/TM in the FMCG Food Sector shall be preferred.
