Business Development Trainee
- Looking for a resource who has good communication skills(both verbal and written)
- Should be proactive in nature, preferable to have laptop and good internet connection.
Qualification : BBA/MBA with sales or marketing /Btech with computer background (2020/2021 passed out/2022 final year students)
Mode of work : Work form office
Interview process : Total 2 Rounds(First round video call and it is technical, final discussion is in person at office)
- The Selected resource is given extensive training in the internship for a period of 6 months. During Internship, a stipend of INR.12,500 -20,000per month is paid. Internship will be made permanent within 6 months or less based on performance of the intern.
- After completing of internship period, selected candidate will be absorbed as a regular employee of DEF Team and a separate letter of compensation of 3.0 to 5.0 lakh per annum will be provided.
- Also, note that the selected candidate must sign a service agreement of 42 months (includes 6 months of internship) with the company.
