Deepredink - Senior Associate - Client Servicing (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a Senior Client Servicing Associate to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Senior Client Servicing Associate role is to oversee a portfolio of customers, create value for existing customers, and lead a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to create winning ad campaigns
- Manage project timelines of multiple customers and meeting delivery expectations of the customers
- Forecast and track key metrics, make smart decisions to improve ROAS
- Prepare reports on account performance and provide insights to the customer
- Proactively solve problems for the team and customers
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a Senior Client Servicing Associate or relevant role
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Solid experience with digital and mainline media.
- Foundation in branding, media planning & digital marketing
- Have a business acumen to grasp the customer's industry
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage project timelines
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
