We are hiring Area Sales Manager - Rajahmundry, AP
Role - Area Sales Manager
Qualification - B.Sc. Agriculture / MBA Marketing in Agriculture Exsp.
The ASM will be incharge of core sales, sales pipeline creation, service and product awareness for the region. He will have to recruit required sales personal, develop as well as manage their day to day activities to ensure overall performance, realize optimum market potential and also ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Responsibility Deliverable :
- Initially to identify potential of the market to develop, design and implement sales strategies.
- Conducting sales promotional activities through hybrid coconut yeilding awareness programme to the farmers, Sales Campagains, Farmers Meetings in coconut towns of the assigned area
- To perform individualy and bring revenue as per sales and collection targets of the area allotted and target Key Account Farmers of 10 Acres & above.
- Monitoring daily sales activities of sales team of the area
- Achieve Budgeted Revenue targets allocated for the Regional Sales Office month on month by motivating the field sales team members.
- Developing skills of field/area sales executives( sales skills) to realize their fullest potential
- Ensure After Sales follow up service, expedite customer complaints resolution process.
- MIS Reports
Location : Warangal & Overall Telangana
Qualification : B.Sc. Agriculture/ M.Sc. Agri
Experience : 5-10 Years of experience in Sales & Marketing ( Agriculture/ Seedling/ seeds/ fertilizer/ pesticide etc.
