Job Summary :
- Young Dynamic B.Sc-Agriculture/ Any Graduate, Comp Literate with 1-4 years exp in Field Sales in Agriculture/ Agri Inputs/Fertilizers/Pestisides/Agro Chemicals/Seeds/Agri Machinaries/Acqua Culture/Irrigation industries only connected to farmers preferred.
- Good Communication & Co-ordination Skills, own two wheeler vehicle is a must.
Languages Known: Local Language ( Telugu) English, Hindi
Salary as per company standards and sales incentives based on performance on achieving monthly sales and collection targets
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Sales and Marketing of Hybrid Coconut Seedlings to farmers.
- Achieving monthly sales and collection targets.
- Meeting minimum 100 appointments of farmers pm and conversion of minimum 10 sales orders of 150 coconut seedlings in a month.
- Target 10 Acres of Key A/C farmers.
Salary & Benefits :
- Salary as per company standards plus sales incentives based on individual performance of acheiving sales and collection targets.
