Deckup - Customer Service Representative (1-3 yrs)
- To call the customer after receiving a new order and informing the customer about the delivery timelines and installation arrangement
- Taking product feedback from customers
- Previous experience in similar roles will be an added advantage
- Need smart people with good spoken and written English skills, who can also communicate in Hindi
- Experience in handling MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Spreadsheet will be beneficial
