Decision Point - Product Marketing Specialist (2-3 yrs)
What would a typical day at your work be like?
- Develop and execute product marketing plans to drive awareness, generate leads and execute GTM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, define target audiences, and refine
product messaging.
- Create compelling marketing collaterals, including product guides, presentations, case studies,
and website content.
- Find, Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach target audiences and
drive engagement.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and differentiation.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials and support lead generation activities.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
An ideal candidate will be/will have :
- Master's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision making.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools preferred.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
