Job Role / Designation : Regional Manager (AGM) Digital Ad Sales

Qualification : PGDBM / PGDBA or MBA

Location : Bangalore

Reporting to : National Head - Digital Ad Sales

Job description :

- Head the Ad Sales delivery accross Web, Mobile for all the digital properties of the Group.

- Drive regional ad sales strategy, business development and major accounts management.

- Building synergy & value proposition on Digital + Print go to market approach.

- Generate & exceed assigned revenue targets per month

- Execute & establish any new media solutions across platforms that are developed by the organization in the market to the key target clients in the region.

- Pitch & cultivate large new accounts in the region.

- Drive annual deals, negotiate, and finalize deals across the website, mobile site & apps in the region.

- Build brands solution & native ads clientele in the region.

- Work strongly with major clients and advertising agencies with decision-makers and influencers

- Contribute towards increasing sales team productivity in the region.

To do this, you should :

- Graduate with a PG qualification in PGDBM / PGDBA or MBA

- 30 - 35 years of age with a minimum of 9 -12 years of Digital Sales or Media Solution, sales experience out which minimum 5 years in digital sales out of 1 year in a regional role.

- Experience in handling at least Rs 15 - 20 crores of Digital Ad Sales across platforms.

- Existing relationships with large advertisers & media agencies is a must.

- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals

- Go-getter with a hands-on sales approach.

Required Aptitude & Skill sets :

- Strong planning ability & timely execution as per the set plan

- Customer focus approach

- Strong competitive analysis and knowledge of the latest trends and happenings in the digital ecosystem.

- Good understanding of Digital data and exposure to Digital data tools like comScore, Google Analytics, Similar Web, App annie etc.

- Thorough problem-solving abilities & negotiation skills.

- Go-getter with hands-on sales approach.

- Sound interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead and influence teams

- Entrepreneurial spirit & innovative approach

- Talent management capabilities
