Decadenz - Associate - Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Built by a team of ex BCG Management consultants, Decadenz is a fast growing early stage startup building a Challenger brand in the Indulgence space with its range of category creating Chocolate and Snacking products.
Live across 8 locations in Delhi NCR (with more in the pipeline), we are pioneering a Micromarket-driven, Digital first distribution & brand penetration model.
Looking for the quintessential growth hacker to join Decadenz as early as it gets as we now plan to aggressively scale our brand penetration and operations who will be individually accountable and responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital marketing channels (FB, Insta, Google, Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc) from strategy and calendaring to campaign management and day-to-day performance tracking for consumer acquisition and experience.
1) Social Media and Search platform optimization: Define audience and channel strategy to achieve optimal business results in context of the customer journey and user flow.
- Strategically test various audience growth methods.
- Define measurement plan: Align measurement approach with desired campaign objectives.
2) Social Media and Search platform Marketing: Develop paid media campaigns that drive lead acquisition and nurture existing leads.
- Oversee creative execution including messaging, landing page selection and/or development, and A/B testing.
- Obsessed with metrics ROI, ROAS, CPA, LTV, Cohorts, MAU etc.
- Driving down CAC by continuous testing and fine-tuning of campaign
3) Influencer management: Drive influencer marketing campaigns in collaboration with City Business Manager to maximize ROI while enhancing brand salience.
4) PR Management: Coordination with media partners for organic & paid collaborations.
5) Events & Sponsorships: Identify attractive opportunities, execute participation and drive ROI via Sales/ brand salience from spends.
6) Corporate & Market Activations: Identify attractive opportunities, execute participation and drive ROI via Sales/ brand salience from spends.

- Educational qualifications no bar, 1-3 years of relevant prior experience ideal
- Special preference for candidates with past experience with FMCG startups/ end to end performance marketing roles at F&B brands.
CTC: INR 4-7L per annum + attractive ESOPs
