- Prepare internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, analytics reports, presentations
- Plan and implement social marketing campaigns for specific marketing goals ( Handle Facebook, twitter and Instagram posts )
- Monitors social media channels and conducts social listening; responds on topics related to company/industry
