Job description :

DealShare is looking for Customer Service Representative to join our team. This person will drive sales of our product and service to B2B retailers and B2C customers through good convincing and negotiation skills and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities :

- Manage outbound customer sales - Help customers with buying our products through the app using your negotiation and convincing skills

- Handling Daily and Monthly Targets - Making sure you meet and exceed the targets given to you and find innovative ways to generate more sales.

- Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.

- Track interactions in CRM - Record customers interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.

Requirements :

- 0-3 years proven experience in supporting client success

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills

- Familiarity with CRM system

- Candidates should be good in sales

- Candidates have to do 200 calls minimum in a day.

- Candidates should be flexible with rotational shift in between 9 am to 9 pm

- Candidates have to work 6 days in a week with 1 day rotational off
