Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Dealer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the financial services industry (Derivatives) and a strong background in trading, particularly on trading terminals. The role primarily involves trading activities and high-net-worth client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities :

Trading : Execute buy and sell orders efficiently on trading terminals, ensuring timely and accurate execution of trades.

Client Acquisition : Proactively acquire new high-net-worth clients and build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Market Knowledge : Possess a sound understanding of the derivatives market and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.

Communication Skills : Demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and confidence when interacting with clients.

Business Acumen : Show a deep understanding of the financial industry, especially the derivatives market, and apply business acumen to provide effective financial advice.

Qualifications :

-NISM Certification : Must be NISM 8 certified or equivalent, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of financial markets.

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in trading and high-net-worth client acquisition within the financial services industry.

Skills: Trading Proficiency : Strong proficiency in executing trades on trading terminals.

Client Acquisition : Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients in the financial services sector.

Communication : Excellent communication skills, presenting a professional and confident image.

Desired qualification :

- Candidate should have Graduate and NISM 8 certified

- Good communication skills

- Should have Technical market knowledge

- Should be comfortable working and leading in a flexible, fast-paced environment
