Working location - Contai, Haldia, Egra, Nandakumar, Digha, Ramnagar.
Language must know - Bengali / English / Hindi
Job Descriptions :
- Prepare Dealer wise sales plan, Build personnel Journey Plan
- Track Dealers & Sub dealer's performance. Conduct meeting with different stake holders.
- Build consumer lead / Influencer connect as per territory given & their management.
- Regular Co-Ordination with MIS in charge & Internal Stakeholders.
- Building good relationship with Dealers / Lead management and conversation / Manage outstanding with dealers.
- SALES promotion : PPA/ SCHEME/ INCENTIVES
- Data management / Reporting.
- Direct & Indirect Sales / Cross Sale / Brand promotion
