- Experience : 8+ years experience in Marketing/Sales in Health care Industry.
- Strong understanding of diagnostic laboratory services and the diagnostic laboratory industry.
- Self-starter with the ability and drive to work independently and with minimal direct supervision to set, pursue, and achieve high targets.
- Ability to plan and execute innovative and result-oriented marketing campaigns for client generation and retention.
- Ability to gather actionable customer intelligence and insights for designing sales strategies.
- Strong critical and practical thinking skills.
- Outstanding, networking, inter-personal, and relationship-building skills
