DBaaS Software - Bid Writer (2-4 yrs)
Review, analyze and determine the RFP/RFQ for new opportunities.
- Validate the bid and attend the Pre-Bid meeting.
- Answering questionnaire.
- Understanding the RFP as per requirement, deciding timeline, and responsibilities.
- Track and support Business Development Team on smaller and regional bids.
- Support the new business through the full end-to-end proposal process - from initial interest and coordinating activities around the pursuit of an opportunity.
- Defining company security compliance.
- Responsible for getting all the approvals from various stakeholders like solution team, sales team, delivery team, legal team, HR, etc.
- Making BOQ, technical compliance, and other relevant documents with the help and guidance of the technical team.
- Vendor Registration in the different portal and submit the bid.
- Day-to-day data management.
- Submitting post bid clarification.
