Dawn Digital Technology - Training Counsellor/Coordinator (1-3 yrs)
This candidate should have 1-3 years of experience as training counsellor in IT domain.
Role & Responsibilities :
1) Understand the skill gap and explain how Dawn can help them fill that gap and start or accelerate their career in IT/ Digital technologies
2) Counsel students/ professionals regarding IT and Digital skills such as course and program selection, class scheduling, and career planning.
3) Establish and keep good professional contact with potential candidates
4) Maintain accurate and complete records of candidates as required
5) Track the learning progress of all registered students/ professionals and present the dashboard to management
6) Identify any issues in the process, training content, delivery etc as per the feedback from students and make the recommendations for continuous improvement
Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in any stream
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
