Datawrkz - Account Manager - Advertising (1-3 yrs)
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Create, implement & track online marketing campaigns using Google Ads, Social and Programmatic tools.
- Data driven optimization to drive campaign results in terms of ad engagement, website engagement and conversion goals
- Learn and implement campaigns on new age Digital Advertising platforms including Snapchat, TikTok, Quora, Reddit etc
- Drive initiatives which can impact clients advertising campaigns by driving partnerships, new media types, etc.
- Work with internal teams to drive client satisfaction
- Work closely with Digital Advertising platform teams to improve campaign delivery.
Client Servicing and Account Management :
- Be the face of Datawrkz for the client
- Understand client's marketing objectives and translate to campaigns on different Digital Advertising platforms
- Building long lasting relationships with clients and explore upsell opportunities
- Updating clients and internal teams on a regular basis about the performance of the campaigns.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth operational efficiencies
Pre Sales :
- Building effective media plans based on the client goals and target audience by defining the right channels and budgets
- Working closely with the Sales Team to build custom proposals and case studies for prospecting clients
Initiatives :
- Share, educate and assist the internal team members and clients with relevant insights to improve the company's offerings
- Survey digital landscape for additional tools/environments to partner with to drive client results
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience in media planning, Campaign management & optimization
- MBA from premier institute
- Experience working in Business Analytics highly preferred
- Prior experience working on client proposals and presentations would be a big plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
