Job Position : Product Growth Hacking/Product Marketing Manager/SaaS marketer

Experience Required : 3-5 years

Skillset :

- Ability to strategise and come up with new initiatives for Customer Acquisition in a growth hacking and profitable manner. (Must)

- Strong experience in Inbound/Outbound Lead Generation with PPC Platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and

- Marketing campaigns that are primarily used for B2B and B2C Lead Generation. (Must)

- Strong experience in SEO and Social Media Marketing for Organic Lead Generation. (Must)

- Ability to come up with new Business generation avenues. (Must)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Good Verbal and Written communication skills.

- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

- Strong content development and marketing for exponential user engagement, brand recall and thought leadership

Responsibilities :

1. Aligning with the company vision and helping the company to achieve that vision using his/her strategy and marketing skills.

2. Building and executing product GTM(Go To Market) strategies

3. Strategising about new Business Development Activities and optimising the old ones.

4. Driving all the marketing campaigns (both Inbound and Outbound) on different platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook) to generate more leads and ultimately help to meet the company revenue targets.

5. Strategising about current website content optimization, its SEO, Blogging Strategy, and increasing the organic reach of the website.

6. Down the line, strategising and implementing the Social Media Marketing Strategy for the company.
