Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Greater Bengaluru Area. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication, and customer service. The day-to-day tasks associated with the role include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer inquiries, and assisting in the sales process.
Qualifications :
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Experienced in ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
