Job Description :
Key Objectives of the role will be :
Internal : Supporting sales representatives and coordinating sales-related activities within the company by handling sales operations and administrative functions
External : Playing an important part in maintaining good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field sales force
Essential Skill Set (Must Have) :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or any other relevant field
- Effective and professional written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Sales process automation and documentation
- Sales reporting & analysis
Desired Skill Set :
- Coordination between cross-functional teams on sales leads
- Resourceful and innovative at tackling complex challenges in a sustainable and proactive fashion
- Flexible to adapt to the needs of the company's growing and changing roles & responsibility
- Should be strong, process driven, analytical problem solver with excellent attention to detail
- Follow up directly with clients on needs fulfilment and contracts, POs, invoices etc
