Datamatics Business Solutions - Senior Executive - Inside Sales Support (3-5 yrs)
- Outbound cold-calling & Email marketing to a defined set of target prospect accounts and generating a fixed amount of qualified leads / meetings per month.
- Field inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potential.
- Support the Sales lifecycle including lead qualification, pre-sales support and successful transition to Direct Sales.
- Collaborate with marketing, support, sales management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
- Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional. Person specification (competencies).
- Proven success in building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective customers.
- Experience Range: Work experience should include a minimum of 3- 5 years in an Inside sales support.
- Preferred candidate from BPO into lead generation. Ideally, exposure of working within a multi-cultural environment and exposure in managing UK/US Client.
Location : Andheri East Chakala.
Shift : Night shifts (10pm-7am)
