Darwin Tech - Executive - Sales (0-4 yrs)
Darwin Tech is an emerging travel technology and analytics company - our holiday planning and booking tool BookMyTraveller.com is used by travel agents across India, Middle East and Asia. We are looking for enthusiastic sales personnel who would be involved in helping grow the business in the following 3 ways:
Business Development
Take the product to a larger number of agents across the globe; this involves:
1. Identifying new leads across India and the globe
2. Explaining the value proposition and the technology including demonstrations where needed
3. Getting queries for holidays from the lead and ensuring conversion of initial queries
4. Transitioning the new account to relationship management team
Account Mining
Improve revenue per account (ARPU) for the service
1. Identify inactive or low performing accounts within the existing registered user base
2. Pursue low performance accounts and improve their conversions
Upsell & Marketing
For accounts onboarded or mined in step 1 and 2, upsell new features and services such as mobile apps, value added services and other accessories
The remuneration for this position includes handsome incentive linked pay in addition to the monthly salary. Many of the people who have worked in past on these roles have made close to 100% of the CTC on the incentives.
Required Qualifications
1. Proficiency in speaking English and Hindi (knowledge of other languages may be an added advantage)
2. Self-motivated professional with zeal to convert more
3. Basic computer proficiency
4. Knowlege of travel industry and international markets would be an added advantage
