Location : Bangalore

Experience : 3-4years

Responsibilities :

- This role is marketing operations role and requires deep execution skills, vendor management and understanding the costs of operations thoroughly.

- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and activities across various offline channels eg General Trade and Exclusive stores.

- Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and in-store promotions to increase footfall and sales.

- Collaborate with vendors and agencies to ensure timely and smooth execution of marketing activities.

- Monitor and manage the spends and procuring material at best prices.

- Conduct market research to understand target audience and understand market trends and competitors.

- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate marketing initiatives.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.

- Coordinate with the creative team to develop marketing collaterals.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3-4 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in the apparel industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.

- Positive attitude and a passion for marketing.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
