Daffodil Health - Executive - Marketing (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute all marketing tasks, including a special focus on SEO/SEM, email, and offline advertising campaigns
2. Work on and maintain the WIX website, prior experience in working on the WIX website is a plus.
Provide engaging text, image, and video content for the website
3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and work on MIS
4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending, user funnels, and performance based on the insights
Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
5. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
6. Cultivate, moderate and manage the community using different channels
Requirements :
1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience driving growth through digital acquisition channels
2. Demonstrable experience in implementing data-led marketing strategies & using web analytics.
3. Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement, and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals
4. Self-starter with the ability to execute under deadlines
5. Experience in startup culture is a plus
6. Experience in scaling acquisition strategies geographically
