- A Community Operations Manager shall be responsible for the establishment of the community content ecosystem, and is committed to converting the community into a high-quality and highly active financial content community.

Responsibilities :

- Generate an overall operation strategy covering user acquisition, activation and retention along with different tools

- Optimize the whole process of content creation to design a sound ecological structure for all creators

- Create content standards for the community and imply it to the working process

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree/P.G with 3- 5 years experience in community operation is required

- Experience in financial content products or trading experience in fund/stock is preferred

- Knowledge and methodology related to community ecological construction

- Goal-oriented and open-minded, be able to conduct effective operation strategy and cooperate with other team
