Da Alohas - Senior Executive/Manager - Sales (1-4 yrs)

Selected Candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include :

1. Engage potential buyers and prospects of Da Alohas real estate products and services over phone. This includes engaging potential buyers and existing vacation home owners. Visit https://thealohas.com/learn to understand our products / services and business model.

2. Brief potential customers about Da Alohas holiday home offerings

3. Convey the advantages of the Da Alohas model

4. Qualify and follow up on all leads

5. Work with holiday home developers and other sales channel partners

6. Acquire new holiday home full and fractional sales projects

7. Be the brand's representative across target customer segments.

8. Own the sales targets and achieve them in given timelines.

9. This is 6 days a week of serious internship with a lot of learning, exposure in sales in USD 500 billion strong Indian Real Estate market.

Who can apply :

Only those candidates can apply who :

1. Have at least 6 months of real estate sales experience

2. Are available to work from office for full time (in-office)

3. Have relevant skills and interests as per responsibilities given above

4. Possess strong communication skills

5. Have passion for sales, don't shy away from being on the phone, email, and in-field as required

6. Are fluent in spoken and written English and Hindi

7. Are looking forward to build a strong sales career work with an upcoming startup
