D2C Growth Marketing Role - eCommerce (1-5 yrs)

- We are seeking a motivated and data-driven growth marketeer who can help our D2C clients in growing their brands by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and optimise campaigns that maximise revenue and brand impact.

Responsibilities :


1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive D2C growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.

2. Conduct market research to understand customer behaviour, trends, and preferences to develop campaign strategies.

3. Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns to drive qualified traffic to the website and landing pages.

4. Optimise campaigns based on performance data, A/B testing, and market trends to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.

5.Design and implement personalised email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing customers.

6. Collaborate with customer support teams to address customer feedback and issues, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

7. Utilise analytics tools to track campaign performance, user behaviour, and KPIs; provide regular reports to key stakeholders.

8. Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement based on data insights, and recommend actionable strategies.

Requirements :


1. Prior experience of 1-2 years in D2C marketing, with a strong track record of driving growth and revenue.

2. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and data analysis.

3. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and other relevant digital marketing channels.

4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

5. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

6. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.

7. Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Work Timings : 10 AM to 7 PM

Work Days ; 6 days a week
